Our Bylaws

Okay…now it’s time for the boring…but important…stuff.  ASCLS-Idaho is governed by a set of Bylaws and Standard Operating Procedures which ensure that the business of being such an awesome organization is in compliance with state and federal laws.

Bylaws are developed during the incorporation phase of a business or nonprofit organization.  Bylaws are the rules that govern the internal management of an organization. They are written by the organization’s founders or directors and cover, at minimum, topics such as how directors are elected, how meetings of directors are conducted, and what officers the organization will have and their duties.

So…if you are ready for a snooze-fest..go ahead and read every word of this 34-page document.  As for me…I’m going to go have some fun!  Toodaloo!
