DNA detection has evolved over the past few decades and is now available to all types of laboratories. These techniques include PCR, real-time PCR, loop-mediated isothermal amplification, and nicking enzyme amplification reaction. This session will provide a general overview of various molecular techniques and describe benefits and limitations for several platforms.
